Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Specialist to join our team at Toronto IBI Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time opportunity working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students with developing life skills, such as daily living and social skills.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs.
- Create individualized education and intervention plans based on clients' needs to facilitate their reintegration and independence goals.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
