As a Dedicated Customer Support Representative – Part Time, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with flexible shifts in Mississauga, ON (6560 Kennedy Road). You will serve as the initial point of contact for Ontario-based customers and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating test results to healthcare providers through faxing and inbound calls
  • Conducting requests for additional testing on specimens
  • Providing customer information to referring physicians and labs
  • Escalating inquiries appropriately through systems and/or leadership
  • Responding to routine inquiries from clients or customers, ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Receiving and following up on requests for physician consultations
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding client information, including physicians, patients, employees, and the company
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous telephone manner
  • The ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Comfort with PC-based technology, keyboarding, and navigating through required applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Medical terminology an asset
  • A team player attitude, with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work in a shift environment, including weekends
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect:
