You'll be responsible for liaising with your team to resolve customer inquiries and working closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and resolving any issues related to their shipments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and sales, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our services and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

- Flexibility is required with respect to hours of work as the incumbent may be required to work rotating shifts in a 16/7 environment, including days, evenings, weekends, and general holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (1-2 years)
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset
- Experience in project management and/or sales roles is a plus
- Exceptional client service mentality
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up to scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Zendesk is an asset

- Experience in warehouse operations is highly valued
