Mortgage Centre Canada is a leading mortgage brokerage with a network of offices across Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Agent Levels 1 & 2 to join our team.


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Agent to assist clients with mortgage applications, provide expert advice on mortgage options, and guide them through the mortgage process. The successful candidate will have a valid Mortgage Agent License, extensive knowledge of mortgage products, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with mortgage applications and provide expert advice on mortgage options
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring seamless and successful transactions
  • Work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and mortgage products


Requirements

  • Valid Mortgage Agent License in the applicable province(s)
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and tools
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
