Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Agent Levels 1 to join our team. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications, providing expert advice on mortgage options, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with mortgage applications and provide expert advice on mortgage options
  • Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing
  • Work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and successful mortgage transactions
  • Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and mortgage products

Requirements

  • Valid Mortgage Agent License in the applicable province(s)
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and tools
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
