Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Inside Mortgage Agent to join our team. As an Inside Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for managing our dedicated referral partners, nurturing and developing client relationships, and working alongside our Underwriters to fund deals.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and evaluate deals to maximize compatibility with clients' needs
- Deliver exceptional response times and increase efficiency within the process
- Proactively seek business opportunities and new customers through relationship building
- Perform due diligence on all underwriting-related documentation
- Prepare Signature and Compliance packages
- 1-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Agent and a Mortgage Agent License
- Being a driven, self-starter, problem-solver, and organized great communicator
- Proficient with technology and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a Mac-based environment using multiple software platforms
- Within 45 minutes drive to our Yonge/Sheppard office
- Competitive base salary of $40K plus a commission structure
