About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Agent to join our team at Dominion Lending Centres – TLC Mortgage Group. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of clients and leads, working independently to set and exceed sales targets, and offering world-class, VIP-level service to clients throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently to set and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and leads
  • Offer world-class, VIP-level service to clients throughout the mortgage process
  • Collaborate with our team of experienced agents to support your growth
  • Efficiently overcome objections and navigate challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a licensed mortgage agent
  • FSRA Level 1 or higher certification
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and empathy for clients
  • Passionate, driven, and eager to succeed
