* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and lenders

Requirements:
* Valid Mortgage Agent License in the applicable province(s)
* Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
* Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in mortgage software and tools
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Experience in the mortgage industry and additional certifications are highly desirable.
