About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Krish Venture Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
