We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Econo Lodge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, they will be required to answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as compile data and statistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data and statistics
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
