Job Description

We are seeking an Office Support Professional to join our team at Ontario Inc. in a permanent role. This position will be working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the team, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients;
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and electronic enquiries in a professional manner;
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed;
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas;
  • Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively under pressure. You should also have excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and be a team player.
