We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Shivi Foods Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet production demands.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to kitchen staff on food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified kitchen staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and concerns.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on kitchen operations, inventory, and staff performance.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet kitchen demands.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
