Healthcare Partnership Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at LifeWorks, empowering every person to live their healthiest life. About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you'll work closely with business units and product teams to identify and explore partnership opportunities across our broader organization, including TELUS Business Solutions (TBS), TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods (TAC), and TELUS International (TI).
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic partnerships by taking a consultative approach, working collaboratively with partners to build mutually beneficial plans that align with their key priorities and drive revenue growth.
- Foster innovation and strengthen relationships through regular engagement with strategic partners.
- Partner closely with sales and head of strategic partnerships to ensure collaboration across business units, driving product intensity across TELUS Health's partner base.
- Leverage all product and service lines across TELUS Health, as well as broader partner solutions within TBS, TAC, and TI, to complete a holistic growth plan that meets partner needs and objectives.
- Protect existing revenue by ensuring partner satisfaction, adding value, and leading the renewal process when necessary.
- Follow a governance framework and regularly report partnership results to leadership.
- Understand partner buying processes and effectively engage in product development and budgeting cycles.
- Nurture relationships with potential new partners, developing sales opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you'll require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with strategic partners. Your expertise in partnership development, coupled with your knowledge of the healthcare industry, will enable you to make a significant impact.
Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
