Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of hotel clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks, maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk and ensure efficient operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
