Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operations Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that the hotel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- Free Parking: Free parking is available for all employees.
- Accessibility: We provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to ensure that all employees and guests can access our facilities and services.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: We participate in government and community programs that support persons with disabilities, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We participate in government and community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide assistance with immediate settlement needs, social and labour market integration, and foreign credential recognition.
- Support for Youth: We participate in government and community programs that support youth employment, and provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and awareness training to employees.
- Support for Veterans: We participate in government and community programs that support Veterans, and provide mentorship, coaching, and awareness training to employees.
- Support for Indigenous People: We participate in government and community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide mentorship, coaching, and awareness training to employees.
- Support for Mature Workers: We participate in government and community programs that support mature workers, and provide phased retirement options, mentorship, and awareness training to employees.
- Support for Visible Minorities: We participate in government and community programs that support members of visible minorities, and provide mentorship, coaching, and awareness training to employees.
