Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company standards and policies.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Carry out various administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic reports and manuals.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements:
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment:
This position is based at our Canadian Tire Gas Bar location, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this position, the estimated salary range for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
