At Hamilton Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Job Description
- Coordinates administrative services: Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Evaluates departmental operations: Conducts regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collects and records fees: Ensures accurate and timely collection and recording of administrative and service fees.
- Assists with budget preparation: Provides support in preparing annual budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Conducts research: Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Plans and directs daily operations: Oversees the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily operations.
- Directs staff: Supervises and advises staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Interviews and trains staff: Conducts interviews and provides training to new staff members.
- Prepares reports: Prepares reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Supervises office staff: Oversees the supervision of office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience: Requires 5-10 years of experience in an administrative services coordination role.
- Attention to detail: Possesses excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Large caseload: Handles a large caseload with ease.
- Personal suitability: Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
- Experience: Has 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Benefits: Offers dental plan, permanent employment, and 40 hours per week.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
