About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) team in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's Business Technology Platform and its applications in the Canadian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprises in Canada, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based solutions and platform-as-a-service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including presales and global sales support, to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Articulate the value proposition of SAP's Business Technology Platform to customers, highlighting its ability to drive innovation and improve revenue, margin, and market position.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, forecasting sales performance, and successfully closing new business deals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and platform-as-a-service.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at the CXO level.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Teradata, Informatica, MapR, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudera, Hortonworks, or other associated data management technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
