We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cannabis Territory Business Development Representative to join our team in Ontario, Canada.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a leading cannabis company. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the retail sale of cannabis products, providing product education to retailers, and establishing strong customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spend most time on the road presenting, promoting, and selling MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands to retailers across the territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (2-4 years) in a related field, preferably within the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required for frequent travel.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
