Transformation Leader for IT Programs and Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to drive impactful change at the heart of Parliament's modernization. As a key member of our Digital Services and Real Property team, you will lead major transformation programs and projects that have a direct impact on the Parliament's modernization and enhanced operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-million-dollar transformative change in building systems, campus connectivity, and related internal transformation projects.
- Position DSRP to capitalize on emerging and new technologies in support of its business agenda.
- Build and manage relations with all stakeholders, leveraging cooperation, fostering performance excellence, and resolving problems.
- Provide leadership in forward-looking and integrated approaches to governance structures, strategic planning, stewardship, and program management of DSRP projects and programs.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A 35-hour workweek and flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A university degree in Information Technology or an acceptable combination of formal education, training, and/or experience in relevant fields.
- Extensive work experience (7+ years) managing long-term projects and evaluating their impact on business operations, particularly in relation to complex building renovations, IT infrastructure, and design requirements.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, senior executives, vendors, and operational staff.
- Extensive work experience (7+ years) applying program management principles and best practices, including strategic and business planning, risk and contingency management, financial oversight, human resources, asset management, and contracting services.
- Extensive work experience (7+ years) in leading the delivery, assessment, and implementation of major IT programs.
