Job Title: Artistic Floral Bouquet Designer

Fleuriste la pousse verte is seeking a skilled and creative Artistic Floral Bouquet Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create stunning floral arrangements and bouquets using a variety of flowers, plants, and decorative materials.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of floral design principles, trends, and techniques.
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand customer preferences and create custom designs that meet their needs.
  • Supervise and train junior designers to ensure high-quality work and consistent standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve our designs and services.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in floral design or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in floral design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
