About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Fleuriste la pousse verte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, foliage, and decorative materials
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and handling of flowers and materials
  • Supervise and train junior staff members, and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in floral design, and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as horticulture or floral design
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time
