About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team at Fleuriste la pousse verte. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, plants, and decorative materials
  • Work with minimal supervision to manage day-to-day business operations, including ordering merchandise and supervising apprentices or other artisans
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Train and educate customers on the art of floral design and the benefits of our products
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in floral design to ensure our arrangements are always fresh and exciting
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in ornamental horticulture, floriculture/floristry operations and management, or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colours
  • Punctuality, creativity, and leadership skills
