Job Title: Artistic Floral Arranger

Fleuriste la pousse verte is seeking a skilled Artistic Floral Arranger to join our team. As a key member of our floristry team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for our customers.

Job Summary:
  • Design and create floral arrangements and bouquets for customers
  • Work with minimal supervision to manage day-to-day business operations
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans and train them in duties and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in ornamental horticulture or floriculture/floristry operations and management
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish between colours
  • Punctuality, creativity, and leadership skills
Work Environment:
  • Air conditioned retail business environment
  • Florist shop setting
