Job Title: Artistic Floral Bouquet Designer

Fleuriste la pousse verte is seeking a skilled and creative Artistic Floral Bouquet Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Summary:
  • Design and create artistic floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions and events.
  • Select and arrange natural and artificial flowers, foliage, and decorative accessories to create visually appealing designs.
  • Organize and manage day-to-day business operations, including inventory management and customer service.
  • Supervise and train apprentices or other artisans to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote and sell floral products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in floral design and business operations.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent education in ornamental horticulture, floriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a retail florist shop or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
