Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Artistic Floral Bouquet Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements and bouquets for our customers. You will also be responsible for organizing day-to-day business operations, supervising apprentices or other artisans, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for our customers
  • Organize day-to-day business operations, including ordering merchandise and managing inventory
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and answering customer inquiries
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks and projects
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in ornamental horticulture or floriculture/floristry operations and management
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

Fleuriste la pousse verte is a retail business located in a retail business setting. The work environment is air-conditioned and the work setting is a florist shop.
