We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Global Education Group Inc.

About the Role

The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and assembling data for periodic reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget planning and control, as well as training staff on new procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Evaluate financial data and prepare reports to inform business decisions
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Train staff on new procedures and provide support as needed
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
