Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Key responsibilities include coordinating seminars and conferences, preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars and conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed meeting minutes, highlighting key decisions and action items.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.
  • Maintain accurate records, including documents, files, and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
