We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at North American Trade Schools.

About the Role

This permanent position involves coordinating administrative tasks, implementing new procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office services. You will work closely with our office support staff to delegate tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance our office operations;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records;
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience;
  • Basic security clearance;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word;
Work Environment
