Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc.



About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations team, overseeing the management of financial data, and ensuring that all financial activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, analyze financial data, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular financial reports and analytics to senior management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong Financial Acumen: Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, systems, and tools, such as Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
