We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Director to lead our operations and logistics team at Canada inc.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on the location and experience of the candidate.

Job Description

The Senior Financial Director will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. They must also have a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction industries
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
