Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week.
