Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Talent Development Specialist to join our Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence within the People & Culture department at UHN. This exciting opportunity will enable you to shape the development of robust talent management practices and programs that drive employee engagement, recognition, and organizational design.

In this critical role, you will apply a balanced approach between systems thinking and human-centered views to design and develop differentiated talent programs. You will use diagnostic models and data to deliver, measure, and sustain results with associated programs and activities.

Priority areas include:

  • Employee and physician engagement and listening
  • Employee recognition
  • Organizational design
About the Role

You will work closely with various People and Culture team members and organizational leaders to develop tailored solutions that meet the current and future needs of our diverse workforce. With a strong focus on delivering results, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
