Aidoc Medical Ltd is seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Account Director in the northern California region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales success, with a focus on enterprise SaaS solutions in medical imaging and clinical decision support.

About the Role

This role will play a critical part in driving the adoption and utilization of new AI-powered workflows in image-intensive clinical specialties. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for selling Aidoc's cutting-edge AI solutions to existing and high-value customers. With a passion for transforming healthcare delivery, you will leverage your expertise to build relationships and close deals with health systems and large Integrated Delivery Networks.

We are looking for a driven individual who can thrive in an autonomous environment, taking ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You will have a consistent track record of building relationships and closing deals of $500,000 or more. Experience leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, both internally and externally, will be paramount to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic and enterprise accounts to new levels of annual spend
  • Expand existing accounts by at least 2x current state and ensure high retention rates (95%+)
  • Represent and relate the vision for Aidoc's company, leveraging senior executive team support for large customer engagements
  • Develop and execute detailed annual sales plans for assigned strategic accounts
  • Nurture and expand relationships with customer executives through quarterly business reviews
  • Provide customized presentations using company-supplied sales tools and leverage product demos to support closing objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent job-related experience
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience successfully selling Enterprise SaaS solutions in medical imaging, advanced analytics, population health, and/or clinical decision support software solutions
  • Ability and desire to prospect and self-generate robust pipeline to achieve sales quota
  • A track record of consistently achieving quota and managing complex sales of $500K+
