Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including visitor logs and office supplies
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including catering and room reservations
  • Process expense reports and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is maintained in a clean and organized manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a high-volume receptionist position
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with SAP, Concur, and Adobe Acrobat an asset
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
