Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Team Support: Provide support to team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
