Key Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and update work schedules for frontline Paladin Security employees in the Calgary branch
  • Work with Client Service Managers to strategically plan schedules and maintain accurate client and worksite information
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding vacation requests, shift pick-ups, and last-minute book-offs
  • Capture and report statistics related to overtime usage, developing strategies to minimize it
  • Conduct audits and maintain accuracy of all entries in the scheduling software (WinTeam)
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Post-Secondary education is an asset)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • Knowledge of scheduling or scheduling software is an asset

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Paladin Security, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork and extreme multi-tasking. You will be responsible for ensuring that our shifts are covered and our employees are managed effectively.

We are currently hiring casual roles, and you will be contacted to pick up shifts when additional coverage is needed in our Scheduling Department.
