Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

At TURNING POINT JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

  • Physically demanding.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
