Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Nelmar Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain facilities.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
