Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Tarrika's Property Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that our properties are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our cleaning services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Maintain Financial Records: Manage financial records, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our services are delivered efficiently.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
