Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Tarrika's Property Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and ensure that cleaning standards are met.
- Operations Management
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Manage budgets and costs associated with cleaning services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to cleaning services, including staff attendance, equipment maintenance, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including office buildings and residential properties.
