About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at TURNING POINT JANITORIAL SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients' facilities are safe and clean.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate the daily tasks of our cleaning staff, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
