Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Nelmar Cleaning Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that the cleaning team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cleaning staff.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, with a flexible approach to changing circumstances.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
- Language: English (primary language of communication).
