Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language proficiency.
Please note that relocation may be required for this position.
