Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with various administrative duties, providing clerical support, and assisting employees with human resources matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee database records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct research on potential clients and gather relevant data to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement materials for new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in office tools and software, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly professional and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
