Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Human Resources Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee database archives and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop new employee onboarding orientation materials to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage a range of administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting and Office Administration.
- Proficiency in customer service, onboarding, and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
