Human Resources Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee database archives and maintain accurate records.
- Develop new employee onboarding orientation materials and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Manage a range of administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation.
- Desirable experience in HR-related roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to take on various tasks and projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting and its best practices.
- Office Administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Foundational knowledge of interviewing techniques and principles.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Onboarding experience and ability to create engaging orientation programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Conduct Reference Checks and Absence Management procedures.
- General familiarity with sourcing recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Practical knowledge of data entry and proficiency in office applications and software, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions.
