Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment efforts for internal and external positions, supporting the entire employee life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Assist with addressing employee relations issues, helping to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Maintain and update HR information systems using Ceridian Dayforce or Mfiles, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new workplace policies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Ceridian Dayforce is an asset.
- Solid understanding of Canadian employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
