About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at AM PM Daycare Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
