We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at Invest Canada Group. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. Your duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service. Additionally, you will work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a team environment. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
